From Kansas City, MO, the independent artist, Army Wayne has been creating music for over 12 years now. He started making music as a child around the age of 8 years old and recorded his first song in the 7th grade. From then on, he has been writing every single day and has recently released his 8th tape – Purpleheart.
After being incarcerated, he has learned a lot about starting over but it’s given him the drive to make music every day. Taking inspiration from Lil Wayne and more artists, he has released two albums in 2021 alone (Chase and Purpleheart). He knows that all his listeners will walk away from listening to his music with something. After working with some big artists and a couple of music engineers, Army Wayne is ready for everyone to hear his music.
